#17017: lcdproc is not building libftdi support into hd48870 driver

I buid openwrt for a wndr3700 an Debian. The Makefile for lcdproc is set
to include all drivers but configure cannot find the ftdi lib so it is not
building it into the hd48870 driver. Since I am not very experienced in
cross compiling I do not know what needs to be done to fix this.
