 AA 12.09 RC (Ar71xx):
these 2 services are not nicely stopped during the system shutdown:
 i suggest adding a STOP=10 entry in

 /etc/init.d/transmission
 /etc/init.d/vsftpd

 scripts.

this mod together a sleep 5s command added after the sync in the
/etc/init.d/umount solved the error of a "not cleanly umounted" data
partition (usb pendrive) logged after every reboot command in my TL-MR3220
