#17143: dir-825-b1, port "4" doesn't appear to work with BB 14.07 RC1

I just flashed my Dlink DIR-825-B1 with the barrier breaker RC1 image. I
noticed that all the ports are working except "port 4".
With a cable plugged in, the LED doesn't light up or function. If I move
the same cable to "port 3" it works.
I'm happy to share any applicable logs.
