#17252: TP-Link WN-722N slow connection

Since update r41621 on my Sagem F@st 2704, wifi dongle wn722n (managed by
ath9k-htc driver) internet are slow but sync speed is 54Mbit/s. Speed
mostly ~120KB/s or slower, sometimes is faster. Signal is ok (tested on
laptop with windows). Maximum speed of my internet is 11Mbit/s. Before
update everything was well. Logs are clear (nothing regarding to driver).
