Yes, I can also confirm that scanlist function of `iwinfo` command line
tool and `iwinfo.so` Lua module now work again. So this ticket can be
closed I think. Thanks :)
I checked the commit log of r41826 and wondered if the failure of
SIOCSIFHWADDR will be fixed for Ralink MT7620A. It cannot be changed even
with `ifconfig tmp.wlan0 down && ifconfig tmp.wlan0 hw ether xx:xx`
