#17311: [ar71xx] Outdoor 5GHz channels not available in Ubiquiti Bullet

 Hello,

 rc1 for Barrier Breaker when installed on Ubiquiti Bullet M 5GHz device
 has disabled outdoor channels. Is it possible to change kernel settings to
 enable following two options for kmod-ath, please?

 CONFIG_ATH_USER_REGD=y
 CONFIG_PACKAGE_ATH_DFS=y

 Currently, these are not set and in countries requiring DFS before the
 outdoor channels are activated, the latest versions are unusable.

 Without CONFIG_PACKAGE_ATH_DFS set, only these channels are available:
