#17324: Add missing support for WPS in station mode

This is kind of possible to do manually now, with "wpa_cli wps_pbc" and a
compatible (undocumented) wireless configuration, but it's ugly. Also, it
is desirable to be able to store the discovered key to a persistent
configuration after connection, so that future connections work without
the button.
