been resolved yet? I'm also stuck with the same issue:

iwlwifi 0000:04:00.0: L1 Disabled; Enabling L0S
WiFi is disabled by default in OpenWrt (I'm using barrier breaker). I
tried using the custom configuration (/etc/config/wireless) file to enable
the wifi but no use. Please help. Same card is working with Ubuntu.
