#17364: Tp-Link WR1043ND v2 wifi hangs

After transfering about 10-30MB of data with the speed of about 10Mbit/s
AP drops all wifi connections, sometimes wifi turns back on after couple
of seconds automatically, another times wifi command is needed to turn
radio on.

As nbd has suggested (https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/15464#comment:75)
I patched trunk (r41992) with http://nbd.name/openwrt-ar955x-test.patch
but it did't fix wifi issue(s) for this model and additionally it made
router unbootable (router reboots in a loop).
