#17026: Including minimal iproute2 within busybox for default network management

Comment:

 Ignoring the problem in the meanwhile is not a solution: There are still a
 lot of packages, that use scripts that invoke either ip or ifconfig.
 Providing this tools until netifd - or package interfaces to netifd -
 support it, will use up space unnessarily.
 I plea for dropping full or minimal iproute2 and ifconfig completely and
 to resemble their functionality by busybox-ip (+all extensions) and to use
 a wrapper for ifconfig to talk to either netifd directly or to translate
 the calls to ip * commands.

 BTW: Networking/Utils/iproute2 is referenced by some (wrongfully
 depending) packages without checking for +!BUSYBOX_CONFIG_IP:ip
