The kmod-brcm-wl package does not match the kernel installed in the image.
The kmod-brcm-wl is from a different build than your image, could you
retry to flash the image from
http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/trunk/brcm47xx.mips74k/openwrt-
brcm47xx-mips74k-squashfs.trx and then install kmod-brcm-wl.
