With learning and aging enabled (the default at least for LuCI) on Netgear
WNDR3800 there are issues with connectivity for many wired stations.
Hardly any of the stations on the wired network on the vlan with learning
and aging enabled are able to access the internet, or for that matter
anything on the wan.
This is not a firewall issue (occurs with firewall completely disabled as
as with firewall only doing masquerading).
Disabling learning and aging brings back wan though not sure of other
consequences.
