#17524: BB RC3 @ WBMR - If 3G modems are plugged in -before- the boot 
procedure, no
/dev/ttyUSB* are created.

 I just installed Barrier Breaker RC3 on my WBMR-HP-G300H.
 It works pretty nice, except from this issue:

 No /dev/ttyUSB* devices are created at/after boot, if my 3G USB modems are
 plugged in -before- the boot procedure.

 If I unplug and plug the modems again, the ttyUSB* devices are created
 just fine.
 Or if I plug the modems -after- the boot procedure, everything is OK.

 This was not happening in Barrier Breaker RC2 or earlier.
 Please do something to fix it.
