#17549: Comtrend AR-5382u not installed openwrt via web interface

There is a modem Comtrend AR-5382u, it is almost a clone of Comtrend AR-
5381u, the only difference in the location of the memory chip, and BOARD
id 96328A-1341N. The problem is that it is not installed openwrt via web
interface, even in recovery mode.
What information should I shell out for help?
