Well, this just got worse in BB-rc2... znc takes >2 minutes to become
responsible, say, opening freenode's ##linux channel (~1500 users). The
more crowded the channel (s), the slower it becomes.
I'm wondering why is ZNC parsing the userlist from /WHO, at all, even when
the command is sent directly to the remote server.
