I've been messing around with the driver (in current trunk). I was able to
get about 300 Mbps capping the CPU in test setup 2 by changing the TX DMA
size to 256 bytes per descriptor. The code's really hacky right now, but I
can put up some binaries (and/or the patch) somewhere if people are
interested.
