#17653: fw3 failes to initialize properly if a zone with a name more than 12
character exists

It took me a while to figure out why everything would suddenly stop
working after some supposedly innocent changes to the firewall. if i
create a firewall zone that its name is longer than 12 characters, fw3
would not do its job anymore. i do not get any warning about this not in
the fw3 log nor in LuCI, everything appears to be fine except that its
not. by looking at iptables, i see that all my rules are gone and soon
after that, i lose access to my internet as well the router itself. this
is very easy to reproduce, as i'm typing this, its reproducible in the
latest trunk version as well as BB 14.07-rc3 . you just need to add a zone
with a name longer than 12 characters and restart fw3 . then take a look
 at iptables
