Comment:

 What kind of active chains? Please psot an example. The firewall package
 is not the only program installing chains, some are installed by miniupnpd
 and other by qos-scripts. Also certain chains like PREROUTING,
 POSTROUTING, INPUT, OUTPUT, FORWARD are core system chains which are
 always present even if no iptables rules have been installed.
