#17702: DIR-645 picks up incorrect MAC address in DTS file

There's a mistake in the DIR-645 DTS file; Originally, with mtd-mac-
address set to <&factory 0x28>, an invalid MAC address of (all FF) was
being set on the Ethernet interface.
Setting mtd-mac-address to <&factory 0x4> picks up the correct address.
