Oh and this is not just wndr routers, I can say I have found the same
issue on buffalo ag300h, which was fixed by setting eth1 to 100 fd (this
on the wndr would make it persistently SLOW- so it's not a consistent
thing from model to model that has these similar chips).
Meanwhile an older g300nh, did not have this issue, but supposedly uses
the same switch???
