I don't think this is a mt7620n issue. I get a similar same issue on a
plain x86 board with ralink pci card attached (used as an AP). Can you
post a full dmesg (or at least the ralink chipset) and your kernel
version?
I'm getting it on 3.10.44 with chip:

0103 detected

detected
I'm curious if you're running a similar setup.
