As i allways do, i build my Images on my own to store mor packages inside
the squashfs.
I do so since Backfire. As far as i can say it is not possible to build an
Barrier_Breaker Image in which its possible to use channel 13 here in
germany.
iw list allway look like this:

I build kmod-ath with "Force Atheros drivers to respect the user's
regdomain settings"
but the problem stays the same. So maybe @Anonymous2 has a sugestion?
