I am unable to submit a patch and I lack time to read through it all.
Please correct the file according to the information I provided.
Otherwise you break regulatory in 5GHz for Austria.
Please report yourself after checking - you can simply check with the link
from regulatory provided.
Resolution too_vague is inappropriate - if you want a proof, see the
reference I provided - graphics for analphabets included.
