I dont know why, but I just can reproduce the latency spikes when I do the
following:
1.) open a stream on twitch.tv, quality source, chat activated
2.) do a ping
3.) every few packages spike (on router, and on pc behind router)
The CPU of router is under 10%. The bandwidth of my connection isn't even
near limit. I have a 2nd wndr3800 with older unpatched image too and there
pings are normal.
