I changed my mind and blindly applied the reghack as directed for Atheros
in the README.txt. It works! However, auto channel mode for the 5GHz
radio does not work. Manually selecting a channel works, as does 40MHz
channel mode. I set my regulatory area to the US country code and that
didn't cause any problems, either--assuming the hack doesn't simply ignore
what the user sets.
