#17827: Realtek RTL8306SD and VLANs

I have tried to forums and to no avail. Now I am actually placing in a
bug.
The swconfig is not working with vlan tagging.
I am not sure if this is an over all thing but on the Realtek RTL8306SD
switch, the tagging only happen when the last item is tagged and then all
ports get tagged. Any help would be great!
