I'm the one who posted regarding the latency, QoS, PPPoE, tx ring sizes
and latency (the one who replied to nbd a lot).
I'm not seeing the issue with twitch, but connections seem to be
establishing slower than before. It feels like some of the snappiness has
disappeared. Everything seemed to load instantly before the patch.
