Having the same problem in 14.07-rc3.
Two TP-Link WDR4300 (ath9k) routers in WDS at 2.4Ghz (ap+client), ICMP/UDP
rather fine, then suddenly massive packet loss and high latency. TCP is
also consistently flaky, lots of TCP retransmissions and ACKs not being
received by the other side.
