Yes. Dnsmasq is listening on ALL interfaces by default. I just got blocked
by my ISP and then I am surprised to know OpenWRT has such a low-level
bug. Had to configure it by myself. I'm currently using trunk BB version
of mid-September, 2014 on a DIR-505 router. Hope this problem can be
resolved in future versions.
