I believe I found the problem with the mips build. I'm building a soft-
float target, so it is expecting ld-musl-mips-sf.so.1 as the dynamic
linker. Actually, here are all the targets that are generated by musl's
configure script:

arm, armeb, armhf, armebhf
i386, x32, x86_64
mips, mipsel, mips-sf, mipsel-sf
microblaze, microblazeel

powerpc

I will post another patch set for gcc after further testing.
