Just hit this again on a clean BB install. /sbin/keygen is nowhere to be
found, and I don't know what package it lives in.
How do I go about getting this committed? stunnel is in old packages
feed. Do I submit patches for:
1. Move old-packages net/stunnel to new packages area
1. Maybe upgrade to latest 4.33 -> 5.03
1. Apply init.d/stunnel and config/stunnel changes (is there a more
neutral default for Leipzig/Saxony/DE?)
