#18017: Multi SSIDs and VLANs with untagged ports doesn't work

If I have two SSIDs connected to two separate VLANs and one of does VLAN's
has an untagged port, nothing works.
It isn't random, happens everytime. Tagged port was 0 and untagged 1.
But if I only use tagged ports it all works fine.
The Equipment I tested it on was the TP-LINK TL-WR841N.
