I believe this is a different problem, and also is still not fixed
upstream. It has existed since kernel 3.6 or 3.7. I have been tracking it
for nearly two years now.
This one is specific to the USB portion of the module. While other errors
can occur with this one, "phy0 -> rt2x00queue_write_tx_frame: Error -
Arrived at non-free entry in the non-full queue X." is never one of them.
The other ticket causes connection problems, while this one adds extreme
latency and severely decreases throughput but does usually drop
connections (only a few rare codepaths cause that as shown above).
