#18056: IPv6 Relay stop working after restarting odhcpd a while

After I got IPv6 Relay work on my router, I found sometimes I can't get
IPv6 address and if I have already get a IPv6 address, I can't ping IPv6
address. If I restart odhcpd on the router and suddenly everything works
again. so I have to restart this service intervally to make all clients
get global ipv6 address and the internet, this maybe a bug or something
else. Please fix!
