can somebody please fix the issue with the overloaded(?) ticket/trac-
system? since a year the problem seems unsolved. has anybody looked into
that? we still have a lot of ticket which are "doubled" because of that
and other problems (e.g. very slow loading or no loading at all). who
feels responsible for that? who needs help? it does not help to ignore
this issue - it's annoying.
