Thank you so much @bittorf for proving that I am not crazy. I had opened a
few tickets about this before, but with the false idea it was a
dnsmasq/dhcp problem, and no one ever got back to me. The wlan is still
"there", but clients will somehow hang during getting ip/dhcp auth.
Restarting dnsmasq doesnt solve it, but restarting wifi does (for a few
hours or days). Hope someone can figure out whats causing it.
