#18197: Chaos Calmer r43006 Wpa2-EAP RADIUS No accounting server configured

After installing chaos calmer on a tp-link wr1043nd v2 there are problems
in authentication witch radius and wpa2-eap, after boot the log says

Chaos Calmer r42542 works fine, i have recreated this issue on 4 tp-links
wr1043nd v2 and on one v1 router.
A temporary workaround is to disable and reenable wireless after boot.
