#18202: ramips: image builder not correctly verifying image size?

I've used the image builder to make sysupgrade images for my Nexx WT1520,
and I've noticed that I can add as many packages as I want without getting
an error about the image being too large. Installing them gives errors
like these:
> jffs2: Too few erase blocks (4)
