#18209: e2fsprogs doesn't contain tune2fs as stated in the description

Package e2fsprogs should contain tune2fs according to the package
description:
"e2fsprogs 1.42.4-1 This package contains essential ext2 filesystem
utilities which consists of e2fsck, mke2fs, '''tune2fs''', and most of the
other core ext2 filesystem utilities."
However, after opkg update / opkg install e2fsprogs, there's no tune2fs
available. Only after opkg install tune2fs, it's available at the command
line.
Either the description of e2fsprogs should be changed (show only what's
really included) or e2fsprogs should be changed to include tune2fs as
announced in the package description.
