#18267: [mc] Missing symlink for mcedit

In Barrier Breaker, the "mc" package is missing a symlink so the mcedit
editor is unavailable.
This can be fixed with "ln -s /usr/bin/mc /usr/bin/mcedit" but it would be
nice to have that symlink supplied with the package!
