#18281: ath9k_htc Limited to 54mbps

when I connect the wireless adapter to connect my pc get 72.5Mbps, but
openwrt with the same adapter only get 54Mbps.
dmesg show:
capabilities/regulatory prevented using AP HT/VHT configuration,
downgraded
and
AP has invalid WMM params (AIFSN=1 for ACI 2), disabling WMM
Anyone know what the problem is?
I also tested with Barrier Breaker with the same results.
