#18295: compiling libxml2 fails due to missing libz functions at link time

When trying to build Barrier Breaker with eglibc, libxml2 fails to link.
Explicitly adding
CONFIGURE_VARS+= LIBS="-lz"
to the package Makefile seems to fix this problem.
