#18319: Failed to install kmod-video-videobuf2

While trying to install kmod-video-uvc on 14.07 r43215, I got the error

Subsequently, when starting mjpg_streamer, I get these errors:
- ERROR opening V4L interface: No such file or directory
- No /dev/video* is created

Installing kmod-video-uvc with --force-depends was needed also in the
past, but worked back then (BB trunk r40502).
