#18297: ath9k / longshot / minstrel shows G-rates, but phy send N-rates

 maybe related. it's the same longshot which has issues sometimes, thats
 the reason i collect stuff here: mostly i have a link-speed if 2500
 kilobyte/s TCP in both directions with HT20. sometimes i can see that no
 packet can be transmitted for a long time (no matter at which rate,
 minstrel hangs at 6mbit which endless retransmits. today i could see the
 situation on both ends:

 whats interesting: normally the calibration is ~ each 30 sec with ~114 -
