#18334: USB modem and Barrier Breaker connectivity issues

 I am having an issue with axesstel mv110nh usb modem and TP-Link TL-
 WR842N/ND v2 router with OpenWrt Barrier Breaker r39425 / LuCI Trunk
 (svn-r9951) Kernel Version 3.10.28.

 It's all alright when I restart the router. But if the connection is lost
 it can not regain the connection back by itself. It tries reconnecting for
 a certain number of times, then it falls to device descriptor read/64,
 error -71. It wont work until I restart the router manually (sometimes I
 have to wait a bit without touching the modem). Modem works fine if I
 connect it directly to PC.

 If I can't find a solution, I would like to create a script that would
 detect this and restart the router for me, could you point me in the right
 direction as I have no idea how to make it detect the issue.
