what are you talking about? change retry_count to accept value of 0, so it
will try forever, other than forever doesnt make sense for a ddns script
running on a router, remove the whole retry thing anyway... you made your
great 2.x script so it will TERMINATE itself after x retries which is
total nonsense for a ddns update script. the network failure resulted
mostly because of modem or ISP down for a short period.
heres another log entry from another router though btw, which uses WAN
interface for the ip and not URL, and the process still terminated itself
too some when over the last 48h:
