#18418: Laguna (cns3xxx) not booting after upgrade

Hi there.
I did compile r43400 and flashed via LuCI. After about 5 minutes, the LuCI
page continues to say "System - Flashing...".
Then I connected a serial cable, reset and saw that the kernel was stuck
at "PCI: enabling device 0000:02:0c.0 (0340 -> 0342)"
I then did erase memory and flash with loady.
