#18420: block-mount case sense uuid

blkid shows upper case while block-mount (the block command) shows lower
case. this isn't a problem but if i copy the upper case uuid from blkid
and paste it into /etc/config/fstab, it won't work. it isn't recognized by
"block mount" unless i convert them to lower case.
