I think I got the reason.
First I changed the cable and clean the RJ45 ports, but without success.
I connect the wan port of TEW-632BRP to my PC, and then poweron the
router. I saw the speed of connection to the router changed for many times
during boot, 10Mpbs or 100Mpbs. Maybe somethings the two side can not
negotiate well, the wan led of router keeping blinking, and the pc display
a 10Mbps connection. Then I set my adsl moderm's lan port speed to fixed
100Mpbs, and tried to startup the router many times, all works well.
