I am also experiencing this bug, and it occurs when I have only selected
ncat-ssl.
A solution is to add --disable-zenmap to <openwrt-
root>/package/feeds/packages/nmap/Makefile under the CONFIGURE_ARGS
variable. Ill try to submit a patch on github.
